Our Honey comes from deep in the Yucatán rainforest, near a protected Biocultural State Reserve. Far from farms and chemicals, our bees gather nectar from native wildflowers, making our honey naturally clean.
We’re officially recognized by the State of Yucatán for our bee-friendly, chemical-free practices. Every jar is raw, unfiltered, and harvested with care.
What makes it truly special? The Dzidzilché flower found only in this region. Its nectar gives our honey a smooth, floral taste praised around the world.
Our beehives are placed near the Reserva Estatal Biocultural del Puuc — a special protected area filled with native plants, animals, and ancient ruins. Because this land is far from cities, pesticides, and pollution, the flowers that grow here are cleaner, and the bees gather nectar in a more natural environment.
Dzidzilché is a wild Yucatán flower with sweet, nectar-rich blooms. It gives our honey a smooth, floral taste and is deeply rooted in Mayan tradition.

🚨 The Mayan Train is speeding up development in Yucatán but it’s bulldozing ancient ecosystems to do it. Forests that took centuries to grow are being wiped out in weeks. And the bees? They’re losing the wild plants they depend on to survive.
That’s why we started the Cielito de Abejas Project — a plan to protect a piece of untouched rainforest forever. A safe haven for native bees. A stand against the destruction.
