RETURNS

We want you to buy with confidence. Every order includes a complimentary sample jar so you can taste our honey before opening your full-size jars.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason, including change of mind (buyer's remorse). To be eligible, full-size jars must be unopened and in their original packaging. The complimentary sample jar may be opened and is yours to keep whether or not you return the rest.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned jars, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer.

How to start a return: Contact us at Artisanalbee@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll send you instructions. Returns are sent to: 3024 E Chapman Ave #150, Orange, CA, 92869, United States. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or wrong, so we can make it right.

Exceptions: We can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
