The flavor comes from rare Yucatán flora like Dzizilché, giving the honey a naturally light, smooth, and floral taste.
We are a small operation that only sells what we harvest ourselves. Our batches are limited by nature, not demand, allowing us to closely manage quality and purity at every step.
Our honey comes directly from our own hives in Mérida, Yucatán. We don’t buy honey from suppliers or middlemen. We’re beekeepers, and we handle every step ourselves, from caring for the bees to bottling the honey. When you buy here, you know exactly where your honey comes from.
Our beehives are placed near the Reserva Estatal Biocultural del Puuc — a special protected area filled with native plants, animals, and ancient ruins. Because this land is far from cities, pesticides, and pollution, the flowers that grow here are cleaner, and the bees gather nectar in a more natural environment.
We never add sugar, syrups, or fillers. We don’t over-filter it or heat it. This is raw honey taken straight from the comb and bottled as it is. Every batch is checked to make sure it stays pure and untouched.
We work through our own apiaries and partner farms that follow CONALEP standards. We keep our hives clean, avoid harmful chemicals, and supervise every step. This is honest honey made with care.
The Dzizilché flower gives our honey its naturally clear color and soft floral taste. There’s no added water. No dilution. No processing. The clarity comes from the nectar and nothing else.
